The reservation will only be definitively made after depositing a bank card number as a guarantee.

Special offers

The customer agrees to pay the full price of the stay upon booking. This amount cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation or modification of the dates of the stay.
Non-refundable / non-cancellable / non-exchangeable offers.

Absence of the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the consumer code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded

remote provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rentals, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or other period.

Cancellation conditions in the event of cancellation by the customer

Cancellation made more than 7 days before the arrival date: no modification or cancellation fees are due.

Early departure

Any early departure is considered a cancellation. The amount of the cancelled nights will be automatically charged.

Cancellation without notice

The hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the total stay.

Attribution of jurisdiction

Article R.631-3 of the Consumer Code provides that:

"The consumer may refer the matter to one of the courts with territorial jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure,

either the jurisdiction of the place where he resided at the time of the conclusion of the contract or the occurrence of the damaging event"

- OPPOSITION TO TELEPHONE CANVASSING:

The BLOCTEL system opened on June 1, 2016, allows consumers to register on

a list of opposition to canvassing on a list of opposition to telephone canvassing and to file complaints. Article L.223-1 of the Consumer Code

prohibits the professional from soliciting by telephone, directly or through a third party, a consumer registered on the BLOCTEL opposition list
